Welcome to this newly renovated, high-floor corner studio at Kuhio Village Tower 1, a legal short-term rental located just a 3-minute walk from Waikiki Beach. Enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere from the 11th floor, complete with two private lanais—one featuring a dining table for four, perfect for relaxing meals with a view. The studio is ideal for couples, friends, or small families, with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and a baby crib.

The space
Inside, you'll find a compact kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, a small refrigerator with a freezer, and a bar-style dining area. The kitchen comes with everything you need for cooking, including a coffee maker and toaster. Unwind in the living area with a smart TV for entertainment, and refresh in the newly renovated bathroom.

Note: The decorative frame above the bed and the surfboard next to the bed have been removed.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire studio and both private lanais. For added convenience, paid surfboard storage ($20/week) and luggage storage lockers ($8 for a half-day, $12 for a full-day) are available in the building, along with a bike/E-bike rental shop, perfect for exploring Waikiki.

Other things to note
An initial supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, conditional, and hand soap, is provided, with guests responsible for restocking during longer stays. A fresh set of bath and beach towels will be available, and an optional towel swap service can be arranged for a fee of $10, based on our cleaning team's schedule. Beach gear is provided, including 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and 1 umbrella.
