Located 90 min north of Asheville, 30 min west of Boone and Appalachian State University. The average summer temp during the day is 70 degrees. Enjoy the seasons, great golf, hiking, skiing and snowboarding.

Mountain top paradise very quiet. Summer temperatures average high is 70. Many things to do such a visiting many nearby winery's. Excellent golfing along with whitewater rafting and ziplinning. Winter brings skiing and tubing.
