Interaction with guests
I live here with my brother (who lives in the basement), and my close friend Evan. Despite a busy household, we keep things clean and organized. The studio is separate from the main part of the home by the garage, so you won't have to worry about privacy or the hustle and bustle. Though, everyone here is sociable, good natured and easy to converse with.
It is very rare that the house doesn't have at least one person in it. Everyone who lives here works different hours and people rotate in and out all the time. It keeps things interesting the more people you have around.
I will be as helpful as I can be. if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
- No smoking cigarettes within the house. I don't smoke, but I am 420 friendly.
- Keep the garage closed as you come in and out, please.
Hello, my name is Ryan! To start off, I'll explain a little about the home and I. I became a welder when I was 18 and began working in the oil industry. When the housing market just began to incline, I decided that it would be a great idea to buy a house, sit on it for a while, then sell it when the housing economy peaked. I would then use that money to help pay my way through school. But I didn't know how I was going to work the hours I did, go to school and receive a master's degree in a reasonable amount of time. After some time here, I've fallen in love with the home and I don't want to part with it any time soon.. So, especially now with AirBnB, I am able to make money in other ways. I plan to start school again next semester.
