POOL OPEN FROM MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 15TH. This brand new, well-finished and well-maintained apartment is located in a well-kept residence filled with greenery and flowers, with two swimming pools.

The space
This elegant apartment is located on the first floor of the residence.

It was completely renovated in 2025.

The outdoor veranda at the entrance overlooks the pool and features a comfortable extendable table for al fresco dining.

A splendid sliding glass door leads to the bright living room, complete with kitchen and dining area.

The brand new kitchen is equipped with every convenience, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, and the stove is induction.

A beautiful extendable table with four chairs and a comfortable sofa bed complete this first floor.

Then there is a hallway leading to two large double bedrooms, both with spacious closets.

Finally, the elegant bathroom features a large shower and window.

The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning throughout.

A washing machine and a convenient storage room for beach equipment and other items complete the amenities.

Private parking is also available at the entrance to the residence.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a 50-inch smart TV.

Guest access
Access to the shared swimming pools is reserved for our guests, as is use of the outdoor shower.

Other things to note
Some of Sardinia's most beautiful and famous beaches are just minutes away: Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Cala Brandinchi, La Cinta, and Capo Codacavallo.

Other beaches are within 10 minutes: Porto Taverna, Isuledda, Cala Suaraccia, Le Farfalle, and many others.

A 200-meter walk away is a small, fully stocked market with newspapers, a deli, an ice cream parlor, and a lovely bar with outdoor seating where you can enjoy breakfast with fresh croissants or sip a glass of chilled wine.

A short drive takes you to lively San Teodoro, where you'll find all kinds of venues.

The public bus stops 400 meters from the house, taking you along the SS125 road to Olbia and the airport.

During the summer, the municipality also offers a beach shuttle service called the "Beach Bus." Further information is available on site.
