Welcome to my home! It's a short distance to the University, Hospitals, City Centre and Piccadilly Train Station. I love my small, homely, apartment. I live here and I'm happy to have respectful guests stay when I'm away. You will have this 1-bedroom apartment entirely to yourself but you will be surrounded by my beloved belongings and travel souvenirs, so please treat the place with as much respect as you would treat your own home. Parking is on-road.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a new-build block with views over Manchester and neighbouring rooftops. There is a main living area with access to a south-west facing balcony and the compact kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed (bedroom has black-out blinds and direct access to the balcony) and a bathroom with over-bath shower.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. You will be given a set of keys to access the building and the apartment. The apartment entrance is on the second floor (no elevator), the entrance hallway/study leads to a flight of stairs to the main apartment located on the top (third) floor. There is unlimited free on-road parking all day Saturday and Sunday and from 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday. Between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday there is free parking with a maximum stay of 3 hours.
Interaction with guests
If I'm in Manchester and not gone away myself I will meet our guests on arrival and ensure you're happy with everything, then leave you to it!
Other things to note
Please treat my little home as you would your own.

Please leave the house the way you found it, clean and tidy—otherwise I'll have to charge an additional cleaning fee of £20.

These days I don’t travel as often as I’d like! I spend most of my holidays and weekends visiting friends and family around the UK but love to explore new places whenever I get a chance to have a long weekend away. I've had a couple of 'gap years' when I was younger and have been lucky enough to backpack around the world, stopping to work in Australia en-route, and I spent a year in Canada and the US after university. Now I'm excited to discover Airbnb and try out a different way of travelling and getting to know a place and people! I'm a well-behaved and considerate guest! I'm quiet, calm, easy-going and friendly and enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, eating out, movies, watching tv, sunny days, beautiful views and beautiful plants.
