Our cottage is a stones throw to activities, nature, markets and the town of Qualicum Beach . Our cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). Situated in old growth forest on a beautiful acreage just north of the of Qualicum Beach.
Stone's throw cottage retreat is a newly renovated detached cottage nestled in old growth forest on a beautiful acreage in Qualicum Beach BC. There is plenty of privacy from the owners residents. It is located close to the beach, shopping, Coombs Market, restaurants, walking trails and fresh seafood. We are approximately 36 minute drive from the Nanaimo ferry, 10 minutes to the town of Qualicum Beach and 20 minutes to Parksville. Six minute drive to Beach access.
We are pet friendly with an attached side yard for the fur kids to run about safely. There is also a covered area in the fence as well to enjoy the outdoors no matter what the weather has in store. Please note the Cottage does not have a stove. A six burner barbque is provided. Along with a cooktop burner, microwave and apartment size fridge.
Guests have access to the entire cottage, sundeck and attached fenced yard.
Interaction with guests
We live on the property just far enough down the lane way for immediate response to any help needed, but far enough away for your privacy.
Other things to note
Property owners are not responsible for any injury or loss during your vacation and or stay this includes children and pets.
No wipes, sanitary napkins or anything else other than toilet paper are to be flushed down the toilet. Septic systems cannot handle these types of materials. If caught doing so you will be billed for any repairs needed.
No parties or loud music. Please respect those around you.
