This is a home stay type guest house. Iron-framed 3 stories building. Guest rooms are 1st floor. We (family of 3) live on 2nd and 3rd floors. The guest rooms will be comfortable for 3 people to stay. Three beds are available. Kitchen and full bathroom that guests can use exclusively are equipped on 1st floor. Other basic amenities are also there. No shared ones. (See pictures.) I am fond of talking with guests in English. Long stay recommended, because you can enjoy yourself staying in Japan.
The guest rooms are large enough to hold 3 guests. When you stay here more than 1 month, I recommend 2 people. You can use the rooms more spaciously. You can use various pieces of kitchenware and tableware at the kitchen freely. Luggage space is also available.
All space of 1st floor is exclusively for the guests. We accept only one group of guests. So, you can enjoy 1st floor as your own spaces. Only exception is the entrance where is shared space. You are not allowed to go upstairs and to enter the storage houses in backyard. Thank you for your cooperation.
Interaction with guests
I like conversation with people. I am happy to help you plan a trip or give some advice for staying in Japan, if guests like. We never trespass guests' privacy, if guests want to keep themselves only.
Other things to note
I might get into the guest rooms for the purpose of cleaning or maintenance. I will knock on the door and say "Hello" before getting into, when cleaning or maintenance is needed.
#Please use the rooms for the purpose of accommodation only.
#Smoking is strictly forbidden.
#Please take off your shoes and put on equipped slippers when you get into the rooms.
#Please be quiet during the night, but not so strict.
#Do not bring any illegal items.
#If you lose the room key, you will be charged 20,000 Yen.
#Please keep your valuables and cash at your own risk. We can not take any responsibility for them.
