My place is close to public transport (5 mins walk to train station) the city centre, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the high ceilings, and the views (uninterrupted across to Isles of Cumbrae, Bute and Arran). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). It is located on the first floor with stair access only.

The space

This flat is one of the original flats built in the Sandringham block over 100 years ago, and is thus 50% larger than the later additions (numbers, 4 and 5). The flat is spacious, with large bay window in the Lounge, double windowed bedroom window, en-suite in the master bedroom plus a huge kitchen with Neff appliances.

Other things to note

The flat is on the first floor accessed via a beautiful communal spiral staircase (note, no lift).
If booked up, I do have 2 other 2 bedroom (first floor: 1 double+1 twin; top floor: 1 double+1 single) flats in the same Sandringham block (please ask for details/photos).

What a lovely place to stay! The flat is in a great location with easy access to local transport, shops and a great base for exploring further afield - it was easy to do day trips to Loch Lomond, Glasgow or Arran. The flat is well equipped, clean and spacious and also has stunning views of the sea and surrounding islands which was captivating. It is also located in a block with many original features from 1903 - beautiful spiral staircases, deco stained glass windows and tiles - a real treat. Booking with Kenneth was straightforward and emails/calls were responded to quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone.
