Chris had great communication from the start and his home was lovely and roomie. He went above and beyond offering sunscreen and aspirin all while still giving us our privacy. It was nice to take the ferry which is super close and the Uber rides were inexpensive. Highly recommend staying at this historical home.

Our stay at Topher's place was fantastic. A generous and communicative host, with a beautifully appointed and comfortable home.

Topher was a welcoming host, communicated easily but allowed for privacy. We enjoyed this historic house with its interesting decor, yet with very modern bathroom and kitchen. Staying in Algiers Point was a treat; the ferry ride is great although there was more walking on both ends of the trip than we had anticipated.

This place is very cute. Our stay was for business and I loved walking to the ferry and being at the center of NOLO in 15 minutes. Christopher is a wonderful host. He ensured that we were comfortable and maintained our privacy. This is definitely the place to stay if you want a quiet and comfortable location in NOLO!

My boyfriend and I traveled to Louisiana for LSU's graduation and decided to spend some time in New Orleans for a little get away. We wanted access to all of the NOLA action and excitement, while still having the option to leave and sleep somewhere quietly. This was our first time staying in an airbnb, and didn't quite know what to expect. Needless to say, my guard was up at first. Christopher was a great host and eased my anxiety. His house is beautiful. It is very clean, smells wonderful, and is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The ferry was less than a 5 minute drive away and we parked on the street so we didn't have to walk back to the house at the end of the night. Parking was free, so that was great too (we are from DC and parking is never free). On the nights we stayed out past the ferry's running time, we caught an Uber back to the car, which was inexpensive. The suite in Christopher's house is comparable to a hotel room, so we didn't feel cramped at all. Christopher was very nice, he gave us privacy while still letting us know he was available if we needed him. He was even nice enough to put out some Tylenol after our first night in case we had a hangover lol. The NOLA magazines in the room were a nice touch for us to start brainstorming some things we would like to do. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend Christopher and his beautiful home to anyone.

Great host and stay! Walking distance to ferry and can always uber/lyft in french quarter if you miss the last one for the day. Very modern and homey atmosphere in the home and Chris was very accommodating and really just let us do our own thing without worries which made for a very relaxing stay.

The stay was fantastic! House was super clean, very cool, and felt like home. Everything we could have needed was provided. Chris was a great person, even leaving out sunscreen on the hot days!! House is in a great location to the quarter without being in it- 20 minute ferry ride/walk. Would definitely stay here again!!
