Very nice accommodations in a great part of town centrally located and close to the metro. Jacuzzi tub and Fios internet were especially nice touches.

I stayed at Selin & Nicole’s home while visiting DC for a conference. Selin and Nicole are very friendly and welcoming, and accommodated well my check-in schedule. I had a great stay! The house is beautiful, and the room & bathroom extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was impeccable and with small great nice details (ex. water & snacks, city guides, all toiletries, fresh brewed coffee in the morning). The house is very peaceful and very convenient to downtown by metro (a few stops) or a short car ride. It was nice to come home at the end of a long day. I definitely recommend!

Wonderful, quiet stay in this up-and-coming neighborhood. Our host was super-helpful and accommodating, providing lots of information about neighborhood restaurants, directions, and everything was very easy. Staying here made for a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again. Host also kindly loaned us an umbrella for the one rainy day and was available whenever we had questions via text if she wasn't at home. Thank you!

Selin & Nicole's home is very comfortable and 3 blocks to the metro. The bed is very comfortable and the room has its own ensuite. Would recommend!

The bedroom and bathroom were sunny, uncluttered, and spic-and-span clean. In fact the bathroom's skylight and high ceiling make the space seem roomy, though I suppose in square footage it's really quite small. It's a short stretch of the legs to the Metro or bikeshare station, and you'll see a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood on your way there. And the hosts have a number of surprisingly hospitable touches to make you feel welcome. Really, this place couldn't be lovelier.

Greetings! My name is Selin.
I am originally from the East Coast (MD) and recently returned to the area after having lived in the San Francisco Bay area for the last 13 years.

I love to travel, exploring the vast diversity of the world whenever given the chance. To have the opportunities to experience all the colors of the world's palette comprised by the people and cultures that encompass it fuels my passion for more.

I hope to one day own my own b&b or small hotel so using the experience of hosting to help get my feet wet. Outside of work, I like to explore the arts, listen to a wide array of music, enjoy a good bottle of Pinot Noir, find local shows, and stay active by running, biking, or meeting up with friends.
