This is a private resort located in Talicud island, beside Samal island. There's a main hut with a big veranda facing the garden and sea. This hut has 5 bedrooms which can sleep 15 people. The toilet\showers are separate from the main hut. There is a separate kitchen complete with 2 refrigerators, gas stoves and kitchen and dining utensils which is available for guests' use, free of charge. There is a second hut with 2 bedrooms good for 8 people with en suite toilets and showers.

The space
The sea in front is teeming with small fish, shells and live coral (waterproof shoes are advisable), ideal for snorkeling. The area is big, suitable for parties and big groups. We also have a volleyball / badminton net and ping-pong table and TV with karaoke/DVD player.

Please note the minimum price per night is P5,000 for up to 10 guests only. After 10 guests, we charge P500 per person per night.

Guest access
I rent the place as a whole, exclusive to each group. I have a caretaker who will attend to the needs of the guests and if needed, I can recommend a lady who can cook for the guests.

Other things to note
My place is private, exclusive and away from the main town of Talikud. Guests who rent it will have the whole property to themselves. It is ideal for groups up to 30 people, family reunions, company outings or simply a get together with friends.

Please be mindful of the furniture and amenities made available for your use. If you or any of your guests break anything in my property, my caretaker will be charging you for it, so we would appreciate it if you take care of my property and everything in it as if it was your own.
