This is a beautiful 110 square metre, second floor duplex apartment in a small chalet-style building in a prime residential area of Chamonix.

The space
Situated in converted traditional Chamonix townhouse, this apartment has been lovingly restored and much care has been taken right down to the very details, offering guests unique holiday accommodation halfway up the hill to the Brévent ski area.
The apartment enjoys a splendid location at the end of a private driveway in the prime residential area of town, just a couple of minutes walk from the tourist office, shops and restaurants in the vibrant heart of Chamonix.
Sleeps up to 6 persons.
The lounge area: The main living area boasts a south facing balcony with views of the Mont Blanc range and has large and comfortable sofas, a CD stereo system, Bluetooth system.....
There are unique furnishings such as the coffee table made from an antique sleigh, which are sure to delight.
The dining area: has a large table and chairs to seat dinner guests.
The kitchen: The fully-fitted, modern kitchen has built in oven/hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee-machine, a good range of cooking equipment and a washing machine + tumble dryer in the small utility cupboard. There is also a fabulous bar area made from sold wood, complete with pint glasses, a neon sign and bar stools!
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: is a twin with northerly views up the Brévent hill and large built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: is also a view up the Brévent hill and a Velux window to gaze the stars. There is also a large built in wardrobe.
On the upper floor:
Bedroom 3: is a twin room with antique wooden beds, sliding cupboard storage and a bistro table and chairs.
The family bathroom: is on the ground floor and has a bath/shower, wash basin and a separate shower cubicle.
The second bathroom: is on the upper floor adjacent to the bedroom and has shower, wash basin and WC.
There is also a separate WC and hand wash basin in the downstairs hallway.
TV: a great place to relax, watch satellite TV + DVD player or read.
There is plenty of storage space in the apartment, with a cupboard in the entrance hall and built in all the bedrooms.
Guest access
There is a private ski locker for the apartment as well as a cupboard with boot dryer.
There is an individual garage for one car/bike storage and a further exterior car parking space in front of the chalet building.

Everything is done on foot from the chalet, so no need to use your car which you can leave in the property's parking lot or in the closed individual garage.
