Sanja was very accommodating and hospitable. The apartment was clean and offered everything we needed for our few days in Dubrovnik, including a lovely balcony with a great view out the the sea. The delivery from Sanja of freshly baked donuts on day two was a lovely touch.

We stayed for two weeks in early September, and Sanya and Perica ("Pereetsa") could not have done more to make our stay perfect. The apartment is just the right size, spotlessly clean, with everything you need, including a quiet fridge, plus hob and microwave. (No oven, but we don't want an oven on holiday!) Towels were changed every three days. The safe stopped working on the morning of day 2, and by the time we returned in the evening there was a brand-new (bigger) one in place! It's literally five minutes walk down to the lovely pool area of the adjacent luxury hotel (get the lift back up to the lobby!) and we used it with no problems. That just leaves the location…we found it fantastic, 15 to 20 minutes walk into the old town, and the same to the new town. (If you go to the new town, do go to Sunset Beach and then carry on to the Hotel More - great for sunset cocktails, funky cave bar, and lovely restaurant with stunning views, attentive staff, and the second best steak I've ever had! Like most restaurants in Dubrovnik, it was by no means cheap (exacerbated by the Brexit-hit exchange rate!) but we decided to ignore that and just have a good time! NB Book asap for the best tables, directly overlooking the sea. We also ate at 360 for our anniversary, even more expensive but worth every penny for the experience and amazing views of the harbour.) The old town is best at night, avoiding the cruise ship hordes, lovely atmosphere, beautifully lit and you could eat your dinner off the streets they're so clean and shiny! (Beware smooth bottomed flip-flops, especially if it's raining.) To sum up, we had one of the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday as ever – thank you so much, Sanja and Perica. :o)

Sanja and her family were fantastic. En route from the airport they told us all about the area, and offered insight into the best places to visit. The apartment was in a great location, short walk from beaches and the sites. Beautiful views of the coast from the balcony and a modern, well stocked, pretty and very clean apartment. Would stay here again in this fantastic town.

A lovely little apartment which is perfect for two (no more) in a good location for swimming with a small beach just down the road and a 15-20 min walk to the old town which can be easily substituted for a number of buses. Showers were warm, beds comfy and the balcony had a brilliant view of the sea and the hilltop fortress. No cooker but a hob, microwave and kettle were more than suitable for us. Next door is a well stocked market and a hotel which we made use of paying 100kn for access to pool area both indoor and outdoor. All round a brilliant stay and would deffinetly go back and recommend it.

Great location near a couple of beaches. All the buses from the Pile Gate in the old city go up near the flat, just don't go too far towards the port.

Sanja and her husband were friendly and generous hosts. The apartment was nice and clean with good facilities. It's about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town but it was nice to be in a quieter area.
