This 2 bedroom flat is located bang in the middle of the action - only 5 mins walk from Shoreditch High Street station and 10 mins walk to Aldgate East Station. Explore the Boxpark, get some curry at Dishoom and shop on Redchurch Street! Its all here! The flat is professionally cleaned and comes with all basic amenities.

The space

If you’re looking for a colourful and contemporary flat right in the heart of London’s hipster scene, then look no further! This two bedroom flat is right in the centre of the trendy Shoreditch area in East London and will comfortably accommodate four guests. Shoreditch has fast become one of the most popular places for creative souls; artists, designers or simply those who just like to admire the plentiful street art!

The flat itself is fully equipped to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in our capital city. The flat will also always be professionally cleaned and will come with fresh luxury linens for the guests. The lounge is open plan and consists of a living area and dining area. Both areas have splashes of bright colours and feature geometric artwork, enhancing the apartment’s trendy vibe. The living space then opens up to a fully functioning kitchen which comes stocked with basic amenities and cooking condiments to get you started. There are all the mod cons such as dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also a combi washer/dryer.

The colourful colour scheme continues through to both bedrooms which have double beds and big built-in wardrobes for ample storage. Bedroom one also benefits from a flat-screen TV.

Nice comfortable flat. Very handy for work in the square mile.

Pery's place provides a simple, practical base in Shoreditch that's comfortable enough and clean. It has all the basic essentials you need - comfy beds, good heating, clean spaces and floors, plenty of towels and pillows, quiet sleeping areas, handy features like washing machine and a clothes airer/rack, and simple toiletries. It is, however, lacking that warm home feeling and character and is best used as a pad for coming and going, rather than chilling in if this is what you're after. It's on a very noisy street and while this is separated enough from the bedrooms for a very peaceful sleep, it doesn't provide a relaxing environment in the living area. Then again, if you're staying in Shoreditch, chances are you wont be at home - and if you can't beat them, join them... There was an incident with the AirBNB tenants below who caused significant disturbance to our stay but the host was very quick to respond, took our concerns seriously and remedied the situation accordingly with those tenants - thank you very much for this!

Solid apartment, cool and interesting design on a budget. Comfortable beds and quiet bedrooms that face the back of the building. Pery let us check in early and check out late, which was MUCH appreciated. Check-in was very smooth and easy, and she was responsive throughout the stay. Some minor issues: the apartment is a touch more rundown than it appears in photos, the entryway is a big grubby, and I would have preferred a more substantial door/lock to the apartment, especially given that short-term renters are always going in and out of the building.

This is the place to stay! Shoreditch is a great area with lots to see and do. We rented bikes, went to the Sunday Brick Lane Market, had fish and chips at Poppie's and went to a couple local pubs. Everything is in walking distance and lively. There's also a Tesco express right around the corner. If you want to get to the touristy parts of London just take the tube, which wasn't far away. Shoreditch High Street station was the closest and the people that work there were so helpful when we needed directions. The apartment was nice and well equipped with all the necessities of home. Rooms were comfortable and it was nice to cook breakfast in the morning while watching tv or listening to music. Communication was great from beginning to end. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London!!!

Great place. Close to public transit and easy access to everything. Only downside is no elevator for big suitcases but we managed fine and enjoyed our stay.
