Modern self catered 20m2 studio ski apartment has a double mezzanine bed, sofa bed + option of a single futon for children, kitchen, shower room, wifi, lovely views, south facing balcony, approx 8 mins walk to Morzine centre & Super Morzine telecabine, giving access to the vast Portes Du Soliel ski and mountain bike area, as well as local bars, restaurants & shops.

The studio is ideal for a couple or 2 friends but also possible for a small family & can sleep up to 4 if necessary.

The space
This architecturally designed 20m2 appt has maximised the space available for convenient & flexible living.

The appt is situated on the lower floor, down 1 flight of stairs off of the entrance hall of the building.

The entrance area of the appt has a cupboard for storing coats and shoes, as well as the door to the shower room that is fitted with a basin, wc and shower.

There is galley kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, all basic cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

There is a cabin style mezzanine double bed (130cm x 190cm) with storage below for clothes and bags.

There is also a double sofa bed (140cm x 200cm) for additional sleeping space in the living area, which has a tv and additional storage, a small table & chairs, window with views over the pleney + access to the south facing balcony

There is the added option of a 60cm x 180cm floor futon that can go under the bed.

Please note that the sofa bed and floor futon are for additional sleeping and are not as comfy as a traditional mattress.

The public swimming pool, tennis courts , ice hockey & skating rink, skate park and horse riding facilities are all a short 5 minute walk from the property.

A short drive can take you to the delightful Lac Montriond, prefect for winter snow shoeing and summer swimming. Kayaks & paddle boards can be rented during the summer season

45 mins drive down the valley can lead you to the shores of lake geneva & many beautiful lakeside towns & beaches
