My place is close to great views and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and it is right on the bay and across the street from the gulf. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. We do allow pets, up to two. The pricing on this site does not reflect any pet fee. The pet fee is $60 for the first pet and $40 for the second and will be collected before check-in.

Beach and Bay access.

Guest access

This is for the whole cottage. Guests have access to a fishing pier on St. Joseph bay and a walkover to the Gulf of Mexico, both within walking distance.

Interaction with guests

I live just down the road and am available if you need anything.

Beautiful location and property. Dock provides easy access to the water (paddle boards and kayaks available for rent 200 feet from cottage). Gas station with a great adult beverage selection is also very close. Can't ask for a better vacation spot! Vince was an amazing communicator, guide, and host. Thanks again for taking us in on short notice during hurricane Irma. We'll be back soon!

Loved staying at Vince's place. Everything we needed and the dock is incredible! Probably the most beautiful sunrise I have ever seen from the deck. Vince is a great host

This is a perfect place for a small family or couple. The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Vince communicates quickly and is very accommodating. My two tips would be, if you're traveling with a baby, the rooms are too small to set up a pack n play. Also other cottages are only about 10 feet away on either side so you will get to know your neighbors. As long as they're respectful of early morning and late night hours you shouldn't have a problem. But if you're looking to sit on the porch in peace and quiet, you may get to listen to a loud card game instead!

We really did enjoy your place. The sunrise from the screened in porch was a treat.

I enjoyed my stay at Vince's place. I liked the layout of the house and the screened porch. Even though there were neighbors, it was quiet. The bay is beautiful and clearer than most bays. I would definitely recommend.

I retired in 2005 from Oak Ridge National Laboratory and moved to my favorite beach, Cape San Blas. I have five of my own properties that I rent and manage five others. I live on the Cape and am very involved with the community. I am an Assistant Chief on our volunteer fire department and periodically travel around the country teaching emergency radiation response. I, with my partners, have just opened a brand new, wine, and music bar here on the Cape, called the Scallop Republic. It's a great place to hang out and listen to live music.
