This is such a unique, fun place to stay! Our weekend at the Lodge was so relaxing and welcoming, from check in to an amazing homemade breakfast with other guests. Our trailer was super-comfortable and well-stocked with everything we could need. Gina and her staff are wonderful hosts and staying at the Lodge is a great way to experience a unique part of Colorado! Would recommend to anyone!

We only got to stay at Mountain Goat Lodge for one night, but hopefully will make our way back here some day. We stayed in the campers that are close to the goats and chickens. Gina and her son were so nice and accommodating, very concerned about our comfort the entire time. They were concerned It was a little too cold to be out in the camper but they allowed us anyway. We bought the breakfast picnic basket and Gina included yogurt parfaits, breakfast sandwiches, and lattes from the espresso machine. While she was packing our basket we watched the goats get milked and her son answered all of our questions about the process and the raising of the animals. All the dairy products were made with the goat milk. I just can't say enough good things. If you're an animal lover you NEED to stay here.

Thank you so much for your nice review. We hope you come back in the spring when the weather is warm and the baby goats are being born!

Stayed here with our 4 year old, we had a fantastic time! Gina was very accommodating. The farm is great for kids b/c they can safely roam, watch the goats and chickens, and roast marshmallows at night. The camper had everything you need for glamping- comfy beds, running water, fridge & freezer, heater/air conditioner (that work), stove/microwave/grill, & warm shower. Best of all, open space, dining al fresco! We're sad we'll have to wait until next summer to visit again. Lovely experience.

We are casual and informal, this is a small hobby farm. No doilies or lace or fancy furniture. We serve hearty country food locally sourced from our green house and our dairy goats. The rooms are spacious and comfy and well decorated.
We originally came from Seattle to seek the sun of Colorado. Too much gray in the northwest. We brought the goats and other animals with us. We run a B&B and enjoy meeting all types of people from all around. Gina is an animal lover, and especially fanatic about goats. Not to be upstaged however by her dogs, and chickens and llama. She will talk for hours about them. She also enjoys greenhouse gardening, HBO, cooking, and playing the piano. Husband Darcy is a retired Marine Electrical officer, he makes a mean latte and will fix most anything that needs fixing.
