The house was clean and had everything: outdoor shower, grill with tools, even a fire pit and small pond. Boris immediately responded with answers to any and all questions. It was very private yet, very close to beach, shopping, and food. Perfect!

We had a wonderful time. When we arrived, the house was all ready for us. On our second day there, the weather wasn't great and we were contemplating what to do for the day. I went downstairs to the basement to check out laundry facilities so we could do some towels (there is a washer and dryer) and found a surprise. There was a ping pong table! So now we knew what our rainy day plan was. We had a ping pong tournament, which I lost by the way. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs and there was plenty of room for all six of us to sit to eat and to hang out. The house is pet friendly which was good for us but what was especially good about it is that the yard is fenced. All in all it was a great weekend.

Boris was fantastic to work with making sure we had everything we needed and checking in with me the first morning we were there. House was great and super close to the Craigville beach. Myself and 7 friends stayed there while visiting our friend from school. Great yard at the house and the porch/sunroom were both awesome as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a delightful time at the cozy house. Boris has thought of everything a vacationer might need. The kitchen is stacked with all of the necessities and more. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. The backyard and the deck allow for privacy and seclusion. The location of the house is superb. It is close to the village store the ice cream parlor and minutes from the beach. The owner was very welcoming and easy to reach. I was slightly worried after I read the previous review but my stay exceeded the expectations. I am certainly returning next year.

The house needs to be aired out well before any tenants come. Host needs to check everything so there are no surprises, such as we had when the coffee maker was full of moldy coffee grounds. When tenants politely ask for help with an issue (in our case, the mildewy smell), the host shouldn't respond by trying to duck responsibility (even when, as was not the case with the mildewy smell, it was not the host's fault). Eventually the host was able to get a neighbor to bring a dehumidifier so we could work on reducing the smell. All this notwithstanding, we had an enjoyable stay on the cape and appreciate being able to bring our dog.
