Please note that a separate rental agreement is required to secure booking. A $250 monthly electricity allowance and $125 propane allowance are built included in the price of each 2 week stay. Guests are responsible for usage above that amount and will be sent a request for payment along with an actual usage bill for anything used above this amount.
Please note that the cleaning fee includes a mandatory mid-stay cleaning for 2 weeks as well as a the move out clean. For a 3 week stay or longer, you will be charged an additional $200 per week for cleanings. The mid stay cleanings include changing sheets, cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping. The price will be adjusted for this amount before booking.
