Once your reservation has been validated by our team, we will send you check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival to access the accommodation. Check-ins are self-service with a connected key box. Same for your departure.
Check-in times are only from 4 p.m. and checkout times are always strictly before 11 a.m.
Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the apartment and that we have a zero tolerance policy. Therefore, if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (smell, burns, butts etc...), we reserve the right to require a fine of a minimum amount of €300.
