• Second Bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunk bed, a trundle, and a twin bed sleeping nook. Features a newly remodeled bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with a swing.
• Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa and a Roku TV for extra sleeping space and entertainment.
• Linen and towels included with each stay!

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home and all its amenities, including the backyard playground, shower, and firepit.

A unique keyless entry code will be provided prior to your check-in for seamless and secure self-access.

Maximum of 2 vehicles unless approved in advance; all vehicles must fit entirely on the property.

The only area off-limits are the locked owner's closets (inside the home) used for storage.

• Primary renter must be 21+ and present during the stay
• This is a family-focused home—no parties or events
• Quiet, respectful environment for neighbors is expected
• No smoking (fees apply for violations)
• Max occupancy: 8

The Holden Hangout is one side of a duplex with another vacation rental next door. If you’re an especially light sleeper or prefer complete seclusion, please keep this in mind when booking.

Coastal Living Note:
Being near the water means you may occasionally see local “water bugs.” We maintain regular pest control, but keeping doors/windows closed helps prevent them.

Weather & Travel Protection:
We recommend travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June–Nov).

• No refunds for weather-related interruptions otherwise
