My place is close to public transport, shopping, restaurants, 20 minutes from downtown, highway is blocks away. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, quietness, cleanliness and great atmosphere. Is great for solo adventurer and business travelers. Short-term or long-term stay.

The space
This is a nice one story home, it's cozy and comfy! You will have your private bedroom with queen size bed and SHARED full bathroom. Home has been remodeled.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the kitchen, living room, screened porch & backyard. Pots and pans are available as well as kitchen utensils . Please make sure to maintain the kitchen clean after each use. There is a fridge in the guest room as well as a Coffee Maker, Electric Tea Kettle, and a Microwave for your personal use and convenience. Snacks, water, coffee, and tea for you to enjoy. Has a 32" flat screen TV with antenna for local broadcast channels, Netflix, and other apps. Closet with hangers which you can use during your stay, dresser with plenty of drawers, iron & ironing board,. Will feel like at home! PLEASE note it is a SHARED bathroom. Out of courtesy and respect, please do NOT walk around the house in minor clothing.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please make sure to turn off the fan (manually) and the light (switch) in your room.
2. Place the used towels in the hamper located in the closet.
3. Take all your belongings.
4. Leave key on the dresser.
5. Lock the doorknob from the inside and pull on your way out. Please do not leave door unlocked.
6. I appreciate if you complete a review.
