The space
This is an above ground basement unit.

Unit is separated from the upstairs unit by a door partition and is private.

AC/heat is centrally controlled from upstairs unit and we have remote access to it. Kindly let us know if any adjustments are preferred.

Guest access
Guests can access the apartment using the white gate located on the right hand side of the house. You can walk down the cobble stone staircase and your unit will be located right around the corner!

The French doors have an electronic code for your entry which will be provided in your welcome message on the day of arrival!

Other things to note
Parkings are available for free in cut-de-sac around the property.

Please ensure not to park next to the mailbox in front of the house. Thanks!
