Camelback Mountain becomes part of your stay here. It's the view from your pool, your balcony, your primary suite, and your morning coffee. Five minutes to the trailhead if you want to earn it. Eight minutes to the airport when it's time to leave. In between — a private pool, a Tonal smart gym, a 98" loft theater, a garage arcade, and four bedrooms designed for the kind of Scottsdale trip you'll actually want to repeat.

The space
This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and is positioned around one of the most coveted views in Phoenix — Camelback Mountain, visible from the pool, the balcony, the primary suite, and the loft. It is five minutes to the Echo Canyon trailhead and eight minutes to Sky Harbor, which makes it as practical as it is beautiful.

The bedrooms:

Primary suite — king bed, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, private toilet room, Smart TV, and direct pool and mountain views.

Second bedroom — king bed, ensuite standing shower, storage closet, Smart TV, and mountain views.

Third bedroom — two double beds, storage closet, Smart TV.

Fourth bedroom (Bunk & Play) — twin-over-double bunk with twin trundle, kids' lighted tent, play area, dedicated workspace, ensuite standing shower, and Smart TV. A high chair and pack-and-play are available for younger guests.

Living and entertainment:

The loft game lounge is the social center of the home — a 98" TV, shuffleboard, foosball, darts, ring toss, a coffee bar, and direct access to the balcony with Camelback views and a fire pit. It's the kind of space that keeps a group together naturally.

The main living room has a Smart TV and a record player, creating a relaxed counterpoint to the energy of the loft. The chef's kitchen features a full island with seating for four and a dining table for eight — well suited for group breakfasts and long dinners.

The garage game room rounds out the entertainment with a poker table, backgammon, three arcade machines, additional bar seating for four, and the Tonal smart gym — a full strength training system that is genuinely rare in a short-term rental and worth noting for wellness-focused travelers and longer stays.

The backyard:

The outdoor space is built for full-day use. A retractable pergola covers the dining and lounge area, the heated pool has sun loungers and pool floaties, and a putting green, fire pit, and BBQ grill complete the setup. Yard games include life-size Connect 4, bowling, and cornhole. The balcony above offers a quieter perch — a dining set, lounge seating, a fire pit, and unobstructed Camelback views at sunrise and sunset.

Pool heat available for $65/day, set to 85°F. Please request at least 72 hours in advance — a $85 convenience fee applies for later requests. Pool heat must be requested for the full duration of the stay, not partial days. A mid-stay clean is required every 14 days for longer bookings, with cleaning fees paid by the guest.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the place during your stay! Once the rental agreement is completed & a copy of your ID is uploaded, each guest will receive a unique access code, generated by our automated system, for the front door. This code activates at check-in (4 PM) and deactivates at checkout (10 AM) for a smooth and secure entry process.

Other things to note
• Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. Either of these can be extended in advance for a fee, or you can play it by ear and hope we are able to accommodate on the day of
• Access the privacy you desire with your unique access code

• Cleans are required at minimum every 14 days for long term bookings with the cleaning fees to be paid by the guest
• Have kids? Wonderful. So do we. Pack and play and high chairs are available for use
• Coffee bar with Keurig available for both ground coffee or kcup usage
• Electric fireplace available for looks and heat
• Smart TVs throughout the home


Rules and Regulations (all of this will be outlaid in the Rental Agreement that must be signed by the booking guest):
• Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and ID must be provided if requested by host
• No Pets allowed
• Undisclosed pets are subject to fines of up to $1,000 with additional charges applicable for damager or deep cleaning
• Smoking indoor is a $1,000 fee. If the Garage door in the backyard is open, no smoking in the backyard will be permitted
• Absolutely no parties or events without prior approval. One additional guest above and beyond those staying at the property consists of an event and prior approval is required. Any violation of this policy is punishable by up to a $5,000 fine
• All guests must complete a sex offender history verification per Scottsdale ordinance, and any booking guest with a history will have their reservation revoked

* Heads up - there is a home being built next door to us. I do not believe this will have impact on your stay but good for you to know in advance. :)

For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
