This home is close to the University of Notre Dame. You’ll love my place because of the location. It is good for couples, friends, and families visiting for an ND football game!

The space

The first thing any kid mentions when they visit is, "this would be great for hide and seek!" There are two stairways leading to the basement, and each level of the house is split. We often hear that the house seems bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside; sometimes I call it the TARDIS house for this reason :)

Guest access

Whole house is accessible except for home office and the garage.

Interaction with guests

We usually head out for the weekend when our house is rented but can be reached by cell phone; our next-door neighbors have also agreed to be a point of contact if needed.

Other things to note

Make sure you're okay with going up and down stairs; because the house is a stacked split-level design you'll often need to go up or down a few steps to get where you're going. We love the unique layout but it may not be the best choice for someone who has difficulty navigating steps.

We had a great weekend at this home! It was comfortable, homey and roomy enough for our family of six. It was a 15-20 minute walk to ND stadium so a convenient spot for our stay. Peter was easy to communicate with, very accommodating and eager to make our stay perfect. What a great host and house!

Very bright and cheerful happy home. No frills, but clean and tidy. Peter was a great host and stocked the fridge for us at no charge. It was very pleasant and close enough to campus that we didn’t have trouble getting to and fro. We would recommend this to a family or couples!

Great location! Peter was very easy to communicate with and it was a seamless process. He even asked us what we'd like for a drink and provided mimosas that we had for gameday. It's a cute house on a quiet, nice street that's very close to campus. Great time!

This house was perfect for a group of us visiting for an ND game! Our hosts were so nice and inviting. It was everything we needed and more. We received detailed instructions and suggestions from our hosts to make our stay even better. Even left us some treats for us! Would love to stay here again.

Peter was a great host. He was extremely helpful before our arrival and checked in after we arrived to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The home itself was perfect for our group, and was well-kept and clean. We attended a Notre Dame game while we were there, and it was about a 25 minute (easy) walk to the stadium. Overall I would highly recommend this home for your trip to South Bend!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home! The host was very accommodating and even stocked the fridge with beer. It is a very reasonable distance from the ND campus.
