Welcome to Feijoa Cottage!! Cosy and relaxing accommodation with as little or as much privacy as you would like; and everything you will need to enjoy your time in the Far North. Located on the main north road about 2 minutes from Pukenui Village. A great location to visit Cape Reinga (maybe watch the sun rise over the Tasman & Pacific oceans); Te Paki, 90 mile beach and the East Coast beaches; play golf, or fish. Some of New Zealand's best surf beaches on both the East & West Coast.

Feijoa Cottage is ideally situated for exploring the far north and Dorothy is a welcoming host with useful local tips for newcomers. The house is spacious with excellent cooking facilities - more utensils in the kitchen than in almost any other property we have stayed in. The pho…

Thank you for comments, and also for the private feedback to perhaps provide a shelf for personal food. Excellent idea and will work on that before my next guests arrive. Thanks again. Dorothy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is great and thank your for the littles touches. Dorothy came to see us to have a little talk and let us know great spots to visit. We will definitely recommend it.

Basic but very clean and we'll presented unit. Close to the main road so a little noisy at times but right across the road from an awesome ice cream store. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little spot you can walk into town . Dorothy is a friendly helpful host . I appreciated the fact that amenities were provided including coffee which made my morning . The place is near the main road but been so far north there is not much traffic.

I lived in the Far North until my late 20s and then moved to Washington DC where I lived for 25 years. I returned to New Zealand in 2013 and currently spend my time between New Zealand and Aitutaki.
