Dear Jessika,I am very sad that you did not liked the flat, specially about cleaning. We did our very best to accomodate you in your emeergency as you stated. with a last minute booking and arrival.
First it is well mentioned that there are no beds only convertible sofa so there is no reason to claim no regular bed , I guess you contacted other people with regular bed and none was able to welcome you within the hour.... Now lets talk about cleaning. The flat was cleaned like usual before your arrival because as soon as travelers are leaving, of course I clean the flat immediatly, I do not wait the next arrival to clean. (or make it be cleaned). So it was normally cleaned and not last minute cleaned. I receive many comments and I have 100 rreviews, My average is 4 stars. So you can imagine how disapointed I am when one side you say thank you Albert you are so kind to do all you could to help me, and on the other side to give me a one star rating. And by the way the flat is very cleaned. Also since you gave me a one star rating, let me also give you a one star rating, the night was for 6 people last minute 50 euro ( an error of mine) plus cleaning fees and you asked me a discount. (which I refused) for 5 people. Sad situation, specially we commuicated during your stay and you seem to be happy. No communication on problemsmeans no happiness for both parties.
