You’ll love my place because of the sunshine (a rarity in this city!), the plants that provide respite from the busy concrete, the sense of quiet retreat. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. It is close to Fresh Fantastic, Brooklyn Roasting Company, Il Porto, and Brooklyn Heights. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from a subway, but there are convenient buses at the top and bottom of the street.
This is my home and I love it. It is spacious for a one bedroom in NYC. I have furnished it simply, with an emphasis on the things that I love: art, books and plants. It is not generic like a hotel, but rather full of character.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves, including a full bedroom with queen sized bed, kitchenette with a full sized fridge and oven, bath room with bathtub, plant-filled sun nook and living room with a large desk.
Interaction with guests
I am available to answer questions and help where necessary.
Other things to note
This is strictly a non-smoking apartment in a quiet building of only four apartments. Please respect the neighbors. No parties, not pets, no late night shenanigans.
I am a literary and art history geek currently based in New York. I am an avid reader, writer, eater of doughnuts and caffeine addict. My apartment is equipped with books, plants, a chair in a gorgeous sun nook, and an aeropress coffee maker. It is also close to all the cafes and bars one could want to frequent in a Brooklyn neighbourhood.
