Thank you for agreeing that the place is quiet and convenient. We have uploaded additional pictures to show that the "there were no windows!" in private feedback was simply incorrect recall. While we never previously mentioned windows in the description, there are two windows, one in the open-floor-plan living/dining room, one in the bedroom.
The second bed in the unit is the sofa-bed (picture also added). It has black "pleather" (vinyl) surface, no animal died in making the sofa-bed. Pleather/vinyl doesn't hold dog odor or fur (hair?). The third bed in the place is a fold-able camping cot / recliner, and it's also made of material (synthetic washable fabric) that doesn't hold dog older or fur (hair?). BTW, There hasn't been any dog in the place for well over a year. The guest may have found one of the rolled up mattress / mattress toppers in the closet; while that was possible to hold hair by statics, I didn't find any odor or hair in it today; it weighs all of a few pounds, and probably should be taken outside and shaken if to be used as it is hardly ever used. There are already 3 other beds in the place before reaching for back-up plans in the closet.
The window A/C works (btw, is in one of the windows). There was also a dehumidifier in the place during that time (it has since been moved outside the back door of the unit). The guest may have mistaken the dehumidifier as a portable A/C unit.
The guest may have mistaken dark grey cement/grout around the base of the toilet for something else.
The bathroom flooring is vinyl, not carpet.
Please contact us immediately if anything is not working, so we can correct it for you immediately. For example, if the A/C were actually broken, we could replace it with a different one in a matter of hours.
