Our farm place is close to hiking trails, neighboring farms, outdoor activities, river, restaurants and dining, the beach, downtown Snohomish, 25 wedding venues, pumpkin patches, corn mazes, easy access to major hiways and freeways to go north or south to Seattle and Sea-Tac.. You’ll love my place because of The view, the space, the charm of the 120 year old farm house, the location.. Our farm is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The serenity of staying on the farm was perfect for our group of (5) adults attending a local family wedding. Downtown Snohomish was an easy commute to the Farmers Market, the Aquatics center & restaurants. Barbara had fresh coffee beans, a grinder & half/half ready & waiting fo…

One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at! We had a group of 7 for a wedding and it fit us so comfortably. So much better than a hotel. The space has so much charm and is a perfect relaxing getaway in the country. Barbara is a great host. She was available to answer any questions…

We had a lovely stay at the home! It is truly an old farm house and the views were wonderful. We drank our coffee in the morning on the front porch watching the sunrise over the misty fields. Barbara was a great host! The only downside is that the home sits on a road that can be …

Response from Barbara:
Fortunately, some of these "old" farm houses still exist! While our homes are 120 years old, they have all been renovated but left to their original floor plans, and some surfaces intentionally left but perhaps painted (Website hidden by Airbnb) maintain their original and unique finish. Back in the day...all these roads were gravel, with no cars, cattle being run down them, then little traffic. Unfortunately we can't control progress. The farm is a 220 acre working farm. You can't please everyone. If you were in the thick of the animals, I'm sure there would be complaints! The way the homes are situated, original to the farm, allow for you to experience the farm life but not be woken by early feeding and smells in certain times of the year! The 20 acres that is included in the 220 acres of our working farm is directly behind the vacation homes. We purposely do not put gates for easy access, so as guests do not open the gates and leave them open, allowing for our calves on the 20 acres behind the homes to get out. As well, we prefer to give a guided farm tour, so we can ensure the safety of our guests and the animal gates etc...a 1 min. walk to see the other animals is pretty sweet in our opinion, without being intrusive to your stay. It's a farm, with a beautiful view, a mix of the best of both worlds, old and new!

A good house to stay in for Snohomish.

Response from Barbara:
It appeared you had a good stay while here. I wish you would have contacted us immediately if you found anything not up to your liking. I had actually mopped the floor, just minutes before you arrived, so I know it was mopped, perhaps it was sticky because it was not dry all the way, I apologize. However, as the house rules state, if you find anything not to your liking, or needs repair, please notify us immediately, so we have the opportunity to fix it, not find it in a review.
