Lark Rise cottage you will have a double bedroom, access to bathroom sitting room with patio doors also kitchen, off street parking.
Lark Rise is part of the Merry Hall Estate, 30 acres of glorious grazing and fabulous views . 5.5 furlong gallop and round pen .
DIY livery either stables at £30 per day or grazing at £10 per day.

Very quite setting and no light pollution at night makes a full moon magical
No smoking please, we refund cleaning fee if cleaned to them same standard you found the property. Well behaved dogs are fine but never upstairs and never left unattended please. On a lead whilst on our land please. The cottage is on a shared accommodation basis albeit more or less free except on weekends when our friend uses the other double bedroom.
