Welcome to Bikinis & Martinis, a four-story luxury retreat curated by Downtime Vacation Rentals, located just 33 yards from Seagrove Beach's sugar-white sand and emerald waters. This professionally designed coastal home is crafted for travelers who appreciate space, style, and relaxation. With 2,999 square feet of beautifully appointed interiors, it offers the perfect balance of elevated design and laid-back beach living.

Inside, you'll find sunlit spaces filled with thoughtful details, coastal textures, and designer furnishings that reflect the ease and elegance of 30A. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, with an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and family lounge that flow together seamlessly. Large windows offer glimpses of the Gulf, while natural light enhances the home's breezy, welcoming atmosphere. The chef’s kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom tile, and a large island with bar seating for six. It is fully stocked and ready for casual breakfasts or group dinners at home.

All five bedrooms are designed as personal retreats, each offering soft linens, smart TVs, and a calming coastal palette. The first floor features three spacious king bedrooms, two of which overlook the pool and include private ensuite baths. 🔑 GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all four levels of living space, the private pool and patio, balconies with Gulf views, and all included amenities.

Check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before arrival and will include access codes to the home, bike lock combinations, and the location of the golf cart key.
