The listing description is ambiguous as it seems. It says there's a kitchen but did not provide any cooking utensils, plates, etc to make use of it. I saw a water dispenser in the pictures provided but it wasn't there when we arrived. Wireless internet is available but for a fee and it is provided by a 3rd party which you can rent it from the unit assistant for P500 a day. But don't make any mistake of renting one as the data signal is very poor inside the unit. While my phone displays at least good 3g (sometimes 4g) signal it's practically useless (whether Globe, Smart or Sun). I can't even send a simple text messages without trying it many times. LCD TV set is provided with TV plus. No available cable TV signal. A/C unit is very dusty, bearably noisy and old. The bed is really terrible its mattress is thin enough to feel the bed frame while lying down combined with stiff pillows. There's a sofa bed which is good for 2 and also quite stiff and isn't comfortable also. There are no available extra pillows and blanket. The place could be quite noisy sometimes with vehicles passing by the road especially with motorcyles having loud mufflers. It has a nice side view of the Taal lake as the unit balcony is facing the east side of the building. Property location is good and it's close to Tagaytay Rotunda and infront of the newly established McDonald's. During weekdays (Mon-Thu) parking rate is P50/day while weekends (Fri-Sun) rate is P50/entry and it is regulated by the condiminium admin. The unit property is spartan with the amenities of a college dormitory. With the same price you can find other unit property with way much better amenities. Honestly, we would like to cut short our stay the moment we entered the unit. Our vacation plan (that's why I book for 3 nights) was just to stay indoor with the kids to have a good family bonding play board games, cook and eat the food that we brought in and supposedly watch movies online. I requested the unit owner to alter our booking as we were really disappointed (it is an understatement of how we feel) but he says that AirBnb no longer allow refund for the unused remaining days. I actually doubted it but what can I do it has already been paid. We just endured the 3 nights stay and make the best out of it with the kids. In fairness, the unit owner is responsive and spoke to the unit handler to assist us in what we need. I should have read first the reviews of the former guests of this unit. The preceding reviewer is accurate in the details of the condition of the property in all aspects. Unless the unit owner improve the amenities my advise is to look somewhere else. There are far better properties (e.g. SM Wind Residences or One Tagaytay) and units in...

My husband and I decided to stay for the night to bond and relax. Unfortunately, we had a sleepless night due to the ff reasons: 1 Rowdy neighborhood. A lot of people were checked in at the same floor of the building but they were too noisy 2 Beddings and pillows are uncomfortable. Foam of the bed is 4inch thick. You can feel the frame at your back when lying down. The pillows are not comfy and too stiff. We really had a hard time sleeping 3 Wifi is not available in the unit. It should be requested for an additional fee. 4 Airconditioning in the unit is too loud. I think its bcos its too old. And its dust is a thick inch. Need to clean this one up. 5 There were no utensils and plates to use. Published in the ad is that they were available. 6 Construction below the unit (10th flr) started at 7am. They were too noisy disturbing the tenants' rest and sleep. We decided to leave early since we are not comfortable with the place. We have stayed in other units at tge same place but the experience was better. This one needs an overhaul. On a lighter note, the owner Tito was quick in responding to our questions.

Tito's place is really well located and accessible when driving to from Manila. The place has great views and is central to tagaytay and nothing is more than a 10-15 minute drive from there. The play room and pool are good fun for the whole family and the view from the room is quite nice. Things to take note of, there is no wifi, only a phone with 3G that you can connect to. This also comes at a fee, 500p. We declined. We had a 1yo baby with us and we found the carpet to be not up to standard for him to crawl on. It very badly needed a vacuum. Although the kitchen has a microwave, fridge and sink, there is no bowl or plate to be used. Finally, the parking is not accurate. We parked there and the guard said it's 50p per day. Okay, not too bad. However, this is not mentioned in the ad. We parked our car, then went for lunch and were told we had to pay for parking again when we came back. The guard said 'weekend is pay per entry'. I then told him that it is Friday, not the weekend. But, still, Friday is the weekend to them. So we decided to park on the outside where the ad said it was free. The guard came up and said it wasn't free. I know that 50p isn't a lot when paying for parking but it all ads up and was not in the extra charges on the ad. Lastly, we had a strange knock on the door the day after we checked in (we booked 2 days). There was a different woman asking us if we were ready to check out. We had not met this person and had no idea who she was. This made a terrible mood for our stay there. I don't wish to take anything away from the location and view, however, the service and the ad description are not what they should be.
