The space
This nearly new apartment offers a generous one bedroom with 2 large private balcony and open-plan living, dining and kitchen. In addition to the 2x queen-sized bed in the bedrooms, the sofa in the living room folds out to provide a double bed.
Modern, yet warm and welcoming; chic, yet cosy and family-friendly, the entire apartment can accommodate one to four persons.
The space include:
* A well-equipped contemporary kitchen with Smeg appliances and stone bench top for evenings when you don't feel like eating out.
* Internal laundry with washer and clothes dryer.
* A fully ducted air-conditioning system throughout the apartment.
* Free unlimited super fast Wifi internet.
* Floor to high ceiling windows with stunning city view.
* A private entertainer's balcony, a perfect spot for breakfast and drinks.

EMERGENCY OR ISSUE
As you are staying at my apartment, please note that if you have emergency requirements or issues during your stay such as Lost keys, Wifi Connection, TV Reception, Garbage Handling .........etc, please always contact me directly by email or phone instead of approaching building manager, they wouldn't bother to solve your problems.
BUILDING SECURITY FOB AND APARTMENT KEYS SET
With regard to the keys set, please note that any damage or loss will incur a replacement fee of AUD$350, subject to change.
** A minimum service fee of AUD$125 will be charged on extra keys set delivery for lockout, keys loss or keys damage, subject to change.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
This is a strict residential apartment building for accommodation only, it is not suitable for party, event, commercial shooting and filming purpose at all time, please keep quiet after 10pm.
