Arrival day: You’re welcome to arrive from 9:00 AM, leave your bags in our common areas, and enjoy the pool, shared kitchen, common spaces and beach access until your room is ready at 2:00 PM.
Departure day: Your room must be vacated by 11:00 AM, but you’re welcome to leave your bags in the common areas and continue enjoying the property until 7:00 PM, including the pool, kitchen and shared spaces.
Please note that we do not have a dedicated or supervised luggage storage room, so bags are left in the common areas at your own responsibility. That said, the property is very safe and secure, and guests regularly leave their belongings here without any issues.

## Construction · Important for Cerro Verde
Epic Casas is in the **final stage of construction and development**.
We are finishing new rooms and shared community spaces. Our current goal is to have this phase of construction **fully completed by December 2026**.
Construction normally happens:
**Monday–Friday
8:00 am–4:00 pm**
Most of the heavy construction is already finished, so the level of noise is much lower than in previous stages, but some daytime noise can still happen.
Cerro Verde is the room **closest to the construction area**, so this is the Epic Casas unit where you may notice it the most.
You may occasionally hear:

Because of this, **weekday rates for Cerro Verde are discounted**.
### Weekends are different

One of the coolest things about this part of El Salvador is how dramatically the beach changes during the year.
### November–April / Early May
This is generally our **dry season and high season**.
During these months, the beach in front of Epic Casas becomes much sandier and can look completely different from the rainy season.
