Our accommodation is not the Four Seasons or a luxury villa, but it is a very practical and pleasant option for those looking to save money on their stay in Madrid. In this area, the average room is usually between €150 and €250 per night, so this option is quite convenient in terms of value for money.
The apartment is simple and cozy. It is a third floor without an elevator, in a building almost 40 years old, with the necessary amenities for a quiet stay:
• The available room is the largest in the apartment, equipped with a double bed and a large sofa.
• It has a private fridge inside the room to store your things in total comfort.
• The kitchen is simple but functional, equipped for whatever you need to prepare.
• The toilet is small but practical, enough for everyday use.
• You have a fan with an ice tank, ideal for cooling off on warmer days.
The apartment is shared with three permanent guests, young people between the ages of 20 and 40, with whom we seek to maintain a healthy and respectful atmosphere of coexistence. If you have any questions, both I and they will be happy to help.
👉 Important about smoking: inside the room is not allowed. However, you have a small private terrace where you can always do so with the door closed so that smoke does not enter the room. You also have an interior balcony facing the building's courtyard, although we prefer that, as much as possible, you smoke outside the apartment.

• Kitchen: available for you to prepare your meals. You can use the appliances (stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and drying rack), as well as plates, glasses and cutlery. Of course, remember to bring your own food and not use the other guests'. This point is very important to maintain respect and good coexistence among all.
• Private fridge: in your room you have a fridge just for you, where you can store your things without any inconvenience.
• Shared toilet: small but functional, available for your use.
Please note that the apartment is residential, where we mainly live with workers and students. Therefore, we do not have a multipurpose room and we ask to maintain a quiet atmosphere, trying to keep as quiet as possible so that the stay is comfortable for each person.
