Escape to Mar Escape Villa, a newly built luxury retreat in peaceful Vinišće, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, restaurants and village centre.

Designed for up to 8 guests, it offers 4 spacious en-suite bedrooms, a private 47 m² pool, sea views, elegant indoor and outdoor living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ.

Only 25–30 minutes from Split Airport and ideally located for exploring Trogir, Split and Krka National Park.

The space
At Mar Escape Villa, every detail has been created with your comfort, elegance, and relaxation in mind. You’ll wake up to breathtaking sea views from each of the four en-suite bedrooms, spend lazy afternoons by your private 47 m² pool, and enjoy unforgettable evenings cooking in the outdoor kitchen and dining under the stars. With spacious, light-filled interiors that flow seamlessly into the outdoors, the villa is your perfect retreat to share with family or friends.

Just a short walk from the beach, the harbor, and the charming cafés and restaurants of Vinišće, the villa gives you the best of both worlds — peaceful seclusion and easy access to authentic Dalmatian life. And when you feel like exploring, you’ll be perfectly placed to discover Croatia’s treasures: the UNESCO cities of Split and Trogir, the waterfalls of Krka National Park, and countless hidden bays and beaches along the Adriatic.

As your hosts, we — Mirela & Leonard — will personally welcome you and be here whenever you need us. After more than a decade of calling Dalmatia home, we’re excited to share with you the views, flavors, and experiences that made us fall in love with this coast. Our promise is simple: we’ll take care of the details, so you can focus on what matters most — enjoying your time, slowing down, and creating lasting memories.

Guest access
The villa is for sole use, so you have private and exclusive access to all outdoor and indoor areas.

Other things to note
A €400 refundable security deposit, payable in cash upon arrival, is required to cover any potential damages and is fully returned at check-out if no issues are found.

Pool heating is available on request for a fixed fee of €180 per stay (to be paid in cash upon arrival). To ensure the pool reaches a comfortable temperature before your arrival, please let us know at least one week in advance if you would like this service added to your booking.

Your furry family members are welcome, too. We accept maximum 2 dogs, up to 25kg each, for a fixed deep cleaning fee of €100 per dog, per stay.

The free villa parking is for two regular size cars. If you have a bigger size car or if you plan to come with more than two cars, please let us know in advance - we can secure paid parking for a reasonable fee at our neighbour's big parking.
