You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. A converted barn in Horton close to the Pennine Way and at the start of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Views of Pen-Y-Ghent, a garden and patio, and walking distance to the train station too.
The bedroom can be set up as either a king size bed or two singles, and there's a sofa bed in the living area for two more people if needed.
The kitchen has everything you need for a short break, including air-fryer, microwave, and hob.
The space
The Shippon is a small converted barn in the grounds of The Rowe House. There’s one bedroom upstairs which can be made up as either a king size bed or two singles.
On the ground floor there’s a seating area with armchairs and a sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, a kitchen area with hob and microwave, and a bathroom with shower. Outside there’s a garden with patio furniture.
Guest access
The Shippon is completely self-contained, and you’re welcome to use the garden too, which is shared with The Rowe House
