Other things to note
Important Information:
• Guest Identification: All guests must provide a valid photo ID and confirm the full names of all guests who will be driving into the community. Security at the front gate requires this information and guests will need to present a matching ID to enter.
• IDs must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. QR code for gate entry will be emailed to the email address you provide.
• Failure to provide IDs may result in inability to access the neighborhood or cancellation of the reservation without notice or refund.
Occupancy Limits:
•This property has a strict 24-hour occupancy limit. The number of guests you select at time of booking is the total amount of guests allowed on the property at all times. No unauthorized guests.
•Booking guest must be at least 23 years of age
•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, pool lights, and set AC/heater to the labeled temperature.
•Adult supervision is required when using the pool/hot tub. Pool safety fence is provided as a courtesy to those with young children, but Artisan Living assumes no liability for injury.
•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty for cleaning and Ozone smoke removal treatment)
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
•Check-in time is 4pm - 10pm
•No Extra/ Overnight Guests. May result in removal from property and loss of payment
•No Mail Delivered here
•No moving or rearranging of the furniture
•No unplugging of the electronics
•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage
•No Pets
•No disturbing neighbors
•No parking anywhere other than driveway and parking across from house
•No loud noise or music past 10pm
•10am is check out time. In order to allow our cleaners time to service the property for the next guests, no late checkouts are allowed without prior authorization
