for the case of Sean He booked for our deluxe room for 2,300 baht/night at our hotel passing Airbnb channel and asking for pick up at samui airport 8.30am. We gone already but ontime the driver phone to me he did not see the name of the customer.Then I stold him comeback to the hotel.Later on he cameback to the hotel with bad temper incase he could not find the driver from our hotel and hepay the taxi ,i do not know how much.After that his mood is bad then he go to check in after that we assign the room for the coner seaview.The room is clean because the guest just check out and after he did not stay here we assign the room for the guest for (Website hidden by Airbnb) .He stay for 21 days by no complaint anythings if the room like khunSean.Ithink they will complaint and early check out but in the opposite way he stays here very happy and enjoy life for staying here until he flies back home and happy to staying here.As khun Sean said the temperature is stable at 25 degree .he can set down to 20 degrees as he (Website hidden by Airbnb) thermo room when we set the temperature does not reduce down the temperature as we set.It must to take times 5 -10 minutes .After that it go down to temperature as we set.This guide stays many hotesl in the world .He must to know the aircondition working but for bad temper and angry to pay the taxi.Then everythings explode his temper and complaint everythings for us.In the really is not fair for us for the guide to use bad temper for not pick up him at the airport and complaint everythings for us.If we know this customers use the temper like this we scare to welcome him also.We loose for the money we are not regreat but for for the upset for this customer we do not want again also.
