This magnificent 2 bedroom apartment has an abundance of natural light and is filled with a variety of living greenery. The living room cascades out onto a beautiful wide balcony which showcases sweeping views of the surrounding leafy suburbs. It's the perfect spot for a quiet drink at the end of a long day. A two minute walk to Collingwood Station and in very close proximity to the Abbotsford Convent. Don't forget Victoria St which is right around the corner! Also comes with a secure car space.

The space

The house is in an outstanding location if you are wanting to stay slightly out of the city but also want the convenience of being able to jump right back in there at the drop of a hat.

Located about 400m from Victoria Street which is famous for its seemingly endless variety of Asian restaurants. A 2 minute walk to Collingwood Train Station (10 minute train ride into the CBD), a 6 minute walk to the Victoria st trams, 20 - 30 minute walk to Melbourne's sporting precinct (including the world-class MCG stadium) and a beautiful, relaxed 10 minute walk along the river to the bohemian Abbotsford Convent and Collingwood Children's' Farm.

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for a month. The location is great, easy walk to train, tram and supermarket. Blake was very helpful and quick with replies to our queries. We will miss the amazing sunrises every morning!

Such an awesome apartment in a great neighbourhood. I would highly recommend Blake and this place to stay. We were a family of four and it was perfect for us. Thanks again for wonderful accommodation and your hospitality, Blake - oh, and helping us upstairs with ALL our luggage! We will return.

Lovely place, light filled, large for an apartment and full of excellent indoor and outdoor plants. Check in and all communications with Blake were polite, concise, totally hassle-free. Great area of course, very close to train to city and very fun. Stayed with young family and also very quiet at night, plus easy pram access and safe building. Will happily stay again. Thank you!

Thank you for hosting us at your wonderful apartment. It was easy to get around different parts of Melbourne and there are many nice cafes and restaurants around the area. 3 bags full cafe is a must try! Love it. Thank you Blake for being so helpful and getting the washing machine fixed before our stay.
