Upstairs accessible with stairs: 1 Living/Dining room, 1 sofa, a table and 4 chairs, equipped kitchen and separate bedroom.

The space
New apartment from 2020. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge with a freezer.
There is enough dishes to be able to make several meals without doing dishes and take advantage of the dishwasher.
The lounge area is equipped with a new and comfortable sofa, TV with DVD player + DVDs.
Separate bedroom with dressing room.
Separate bathroom and toilet.

When you arrive at the gate, the entrance to the property is on the right.
