My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles), Lost Maples state park, Frio river crossings, Leakey, Concan, Utopia, Kerrville, Uvalde, three sisters bike roads. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. Pets Fees billed after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb. The Cozy is located towards the front of our 17 acres about 75 ft from Hwy 83.

The space
The Cozy is a cozy 250 sq ft cabin which Sleeps 2 – This cabin offers a Queen size bed, shower, T.V., kitchenette, heat & air, picnic table, BBQ grill, and 2 rocking chairs on a covered front porch.
This cabin INCLUDES the following:
Fully equipped kitchenette with a small refrigerator, Plug in 2 burner stove, countertop oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and utensils to prepare meals.
BBQ pit and picnic table with grilling utensils.
Each bed has a quilt, pillow(s) and a mattress protector.
Free Wifi - Country Wifi is for basic texting b/c phone service is not always great. It is not intended for working or downloading music/movies.
Satellite T.V.
This cabin does NOT include the following:
Trash bags, zip-lock bags, & paper products-*** but we do supply you with ONE of the following to get you started: toilet paper, paper towel roll, trash bag, coffee, & sugar.
Sheets & Towels – You must BRING your own Towels, Sheets, & Pillowcases (Queen).

Guest access
You can hike on our 18 acres and there is a community fire pit in the center of the property and a community trampoline.

Other things to note
Please bring your own Towels and Sheets (Queen).

We do supply you with ONE of the following to get you started: toilet paper, paper towel roll, trash bag, coffee, & sugar.

The nearest small grocery store is in Leakey, which is about 2.5 miles. The nearest large grocery store is in Uvalde which is about a 45-minute drive. So please plan accordingly.

There is a Laundry facility in Leakey.
