Our beautiful Villita (little villa) boasts plenty of hill country charm. Our one-story home is arranged to make you feel safe at home, located in a quaint gated community on the Canyon Springs golf course in the north end of San Antonio. Our place is good for business travelers, couples, and families. Close to many family-friendly activities, JW Marriott/TPC, downtown San Antonio, and the airport.

Please include an accurate guest count and the purpose of your travel in your booking inquiry, so we can accommodate your needs and give you an accurate quote. Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests.
One-story home with 3 bedrooms consisting of:
*Master: King bed, memory foam mattress
*Bedroom 2: Queen platform bed, plush mattress
*Bedroom 3: Queen wrought iron bed, pillow top mattress
Recently remodeled, this comfortable one-story home features a Master bedroom with king-sized memory foam bed, walk-in closet, double vanity, separate shower and soaking tub. There is central AC/heat and there are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Ceramic tile throughout the house. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are available with a Queen-sized bed in each. There is a second full bathroom with tub, shower, and laundry closet with washer and dryer. The home comfortably sleeps 6 and the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen feeds just the same, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and providing everything needed to make a great meal. All you need to bring are the groceries – grocery delivery can be arranged as well. Living room is set up with satellite and you can use the home’s wifi to log into your other favorite paid subscriptions, such as Netflix. There is a gas grill and shaded seating on the back patio.
We've tried to ensure that you're equipped with plenty of all the basics and even some of the "nice to haves". For instance, the kitchen is stocked with basic spices, cooking oils, condiments and miscellaneous other items that you might want to use but may not use an entire container. There is ground coffee, filters, as well as an assortment of tea bags. Our intent here isn't to necessarily keep you fully supplied in these items throughout your stay, depending on the length of your stay, but rather to get you started. We hope you use a spirit of community as you consume (and perhaps contribute to) these items.
Only registered guests are permitted in our home. We will verify ID upon your arrival. The individual that books should be one of the registered guests.
The home has 24-hour access to accommodate a flexible arrival/departure. We will need to know the time of your anticipated arrival, as we will greet you in person in most cases.
Free parking: there are two parking spaces in the driveway or you may park on the street.
Our home is centrally located and is approximately 15 minutes from the airport, JW Marriott at TPC Parkway; and 25 minutes from downtown and most major attractions.
While we welcome children, please note that our home is not child-proofed in any way, so it may not be suitable for crawlers/early walkers.
There is one small step up from the sidewalk to the front stoop, and another small step up at the door to gain access to inside the house. There are no other steps inside the home, except to get into bathtubs. Bathtubs are full tubs in both bathrooms; the master also has a stall shower. Distance from the driveway to the front door is approximately 20 feet. The driveway is sloped concrete; the sidewalk leading to the front door is level. Interaction with guests
We are available through email, mobile app, and text/phone to help you with questions about the area as you plan your vacation. We keep our calendar up-to-date, but do book vacations outside of this site.
After you arrive, we'll greet you and your guests, and verify your ID. During your stay, you can reach us by phone or through the app at any time. We live just around the corner and pass by several times a day, so we can keep an eye on things and are happy to assist you with anything you need.
We reply promptly to all inquiries. Your time is important and we value our guests!

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property. While we welcome children, our home is not child-proofed in any way.
The owners are not responsible for guests’ personal property or belongings while occupying the property or after departure.
You agree to follow the check-out list posted on the kitchen counter on your day of departure.
Guests are welcome to use the washer & dryer for your own laundry, and to wash the sheets and towels during extended stays. For stays that exceed 7 days, we will enter our house (at least once per week with advance notice) to check that house rules are being followed and that there are no unregistered guests.
Security Deposit is refundable, granted that our home is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
We will cooperate with local law enforcement regarding any suspected criminal activity that may take place on the property. Guests that are engaging in illegal activities will be removed promptly without notice, and their reservation canceled without a refund.

•You agree to conserve utilities by turning off lights and adjusting the AC/heat every time you leave. Turn everything off when you check-out.
•No candle or incense burning.
•No smoking (of any substance, including e-cigarettes) on the property.
•No pets; no exceptions.
•No use of dyes, hair or otherwise is not permitted.
•No use of nail polish, nail polish remover or spray tanner.
•Use personal care products in only the bathrooms. Kindly leave products containing glitter at your own home.
•Don't use our bath towels to remove your make-up or dirt from your shoes and golf clubs.
•Removal of any property not belonging to you is prohibited.
•Inspect the property immediately upon arrival and report damages, if any, through the booking app.
•Do not discard anything except liquids through the kitchen sink (even with the garbage disposal on). A clogged system will require a plumber and the charge will be $250+. Rinse dishes and dump liquids out in the sink before loading into dishwasher.
•Backyard noise will be kept at a minimum after 9:00 PM, out of respect to the residents of this quiet neighborhood.
•By order of the HOA, no parking of any RVs, boats, or trailers anywhere on the property, street, or within the neighborhood is allowed.
•Security Deposit is refundable, if our home is left in the same condition as when you arrived, and house rules have not been broken that resulted in damage. This is our home, not a hotel, so please use care with appliances and furniture, and be respectful of the property and our neighbors.

We like to consider ourselves foodies, and Zack has a real knack for picking out a restaurant that won't disappoint! If you need a recommendation (just about anywhere), just ask!
