This house is located in Okazaki, Higashiyama area and it's 15 min walk to the main Gion area. The owner is an architect couple and they designed this house by themselves. You can enjoy the beauty of the combination of tradition and modern essence.

Other things to note
The corridor connecting to the bedrooms on the ground floor is a bit cold in the winter as there are old glass doors. We prepare portable heater for that spot.
