ABOUT THE POOL
• The pool is unheated. Its temperature is entirely dependent on the local weather, making it ideal for cooling off in the summer but potentially too brisk for swimming during the colder months (December–February).
• ℹ️ The pool is professionally cleaned every Wednesday. However, please note that South Florida weather—including wind and rain—can bring leaves or debris into the water between services. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the water’s sanitation or safety. For your convenience, a skimmer is provided should you wish to clear the surface during your stay.
Weekly landscaping is on Friday.
If you are our guests on those days, Pool technician and landscaping team are in and out very quickly.
🐾 PET POLICY
We happily welcome small pets!
• Maximum of 2 small dogs, each under 25 lbs
• $75 non-refundable pet fee per stay
• Pets are welcome indoors and outdoors
• Please, no pets on furniture
• Guests are asked to pick up after their pets and keep all areas clean

HOUSE RULES:
• The person who places the booking must be the person staying at the Property. 3rd party bookings/subletting is NOT allowed. Guests will be subject to immediate eviction.
• Strict Noise Restriction - Absolutely NO parties, NO loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required; they will call us/authorities with any complaints. City imposed noise citations are possible and will be charged back to guests. (City required Noise Monitor located in Living Room).
• Absolutely NO smoking inside home, windows/doors are to remain closed if smoking outside. A $200 fine applies if home smells of smoke.
• Cleaning Service: For your convenience, the standard departure cleaning fee is already included in your booking price. Please note that this covers the professional cleaning performed after your stay; mid-stay cleanings are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Windows can be opened if desired, we kindly ask that the A/C be turned off.
• Windows/Doors are to be kept closed/locked while property is unoccupied.
• 24HR Keyless Entry. Check-In time is at 4pm / Check-Out is at 11.30am. Early Check-In's or Late Check-Out's are subject to availability.
