Preface: I am 30 years old, upper class, & European descent American.
It was a fantastic experience. Perfectly located - everything was under a 20minute walk. Many cafes, restaurants, convenient stores nearby. Her list of things to eat and do was great - you have to eat breakfast at Mad & Kaffe.
I am not familiar with Scandinavian living but it was equivalent to a quaint and early-mid 20st century apartment that you may find in major metropolitan city in USA. Furniture was IKEA like. The bed was comfortable and minimal like in college. The space was small enough to encourage you to go out and explore & cozy enough to feel like home.
It was safe and high up so I would feel comfortable taking my family there to stay.
Weather in Copenhagen during the time of my stay October was 45-60 Fahrenheit and light rain 25% of the time - bring an umbrella and medium waterproof jacket. The Danish people were friendly, classy, and professional.
Overall, I would stay there again. Thanks Emma!
