Haus Katharina is a rustic log house in an exposed, unique location directly on the ski meadow in/on the nature reserve. The plot is 1100 m².
The location is perfect - apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250m) and the town center with cafes and restaurants (100m) are also easily accessible.
Newly built in autumn 2016, the house has an upscale, cozy furnishings in country style - with underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna.

The space
There are 2 log houses (Philip and Katharina) with upscale equipment in a perfect location. The plot (1100 m2) borders directly on the nature reserve and in the immediate vicinity of the Harz National Park.
The wood from the houses comes from Estonia.
We have only "almost" processed natural materials and paints on an eco basis.

The houses are perfect for groups of up to 8 people (both houses).

ATTENTION: at the moment it is only possible to stay guests from 2 households in one property (see order of Lower Saxony/Corona regulations)

The large garden invites you to play for many children. The property is partially fenced.
You can reach the ski meadow through the small garden gate.
You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you at Haus Katharina (€10.00 per night).

In each house there is a bedroom, an open sleeping floor with 2 single beds (this is accessible with a steep staircase).

Located directly on the town hall meadow (with drag lift for skiers and toboggan lift for sledgers), both the city center and nature are immediately accessible.
