We were delighted with our break in such a stunning, quiet location. The views are glorious and I particularly appreciated the night-time view of moonlight on the not too distant sea. We loved having our breakfast in the large, quiet garden and the flat was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Thanks to Penella and her charming husband!

Self contained. The most amazing view - you could be miles from anywhere except you are on the doorstep of Rye.

I loved staying here, very beautiful, and very quiet (even the sheep were soothing) a lovely relaxing weekend. Not far from Rye town, lots to do in the historic town, plenty of places to eat and just enjoy ourselves.
