The bathroom, with designer lamps, will immerse you in a Liberty atmosphere, a must in Palermo.
There are 4 other independent rooms available in our facility.
NB: historic building, structure on the 4th floor without an elevator.

The space
Galleria Cutò – Art Boutique Rooms was created with the aim of restoring historical and poetic value to Palazzo Filangeri di Cutò, overlooking Via Maqueda in Palermo.
The project focuses on the top floor of the building, transformed with care and elegance into a refined space of five luxury rooms.

Here the signs of time meet: the original vestiges – frescoed ceilings, centuries-old floors, architraves dating back to the commission of Alessandro II Filangieri e Gravina (1696–1761) – coexist with fixtures, doors and furnishings dating back to the end of the 18th century, together with contemporary finishes characterized by bright colors and modern furnishings.
The result is not a dissolution of the eras, but rather the celebration of the contrast — the historical that dialogues with the contemporary, in a balance typical of Palermo's noble palaces flanked by popular markets, in the signs left by different dominations and cultural and social struggles.

The five rooms thus become places of choice to welcome contemporary artists, residents or those working in Palermo. Their poetics resonate with what the city is: stratification, dialogue, openness. Every six months, Galleria Cutò gives voice to new sensibilities by inviting artists to exhibit according to their own expressive choices, in the places they prefer. All the works are for sale for the occasion, making the space not only a place of contemplation, but also of exchange and vision.

From the windows of the rooms you can enjoy the incomparable view of the historic center of Palermo, the succession of churches, alleys and palaces, and above all the historic market of Ballarò that comes to life right below. Tourist and daily access to this bustling square takes place under the elegant Arch of Cutò, the central entrance element of the building — a further symbolic element: an ideal passage between worlds, between the nobility of the interior and the pulsating vitality of the urban space.
Galleria Cutò thus becomes an experiential device, where architecture and art are re-signified thanks to the dialogue between past and present, between memory and daily life, inviting those who stay or visit to discover the beauty that is generated when opposites face each other, beautifully integrated into the multi-layered spirit of Palermo.
